Construction:

1.The system has quantitative electronic scale and selecting parts (conveyor, stitching machine, pneumatic system and heat-sealing machine).
2.The feeding part of system selects cylingders and belt to control the feeding speed. It use to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, accumulating weight and times, gassing, manual aided stitching or heat-sealing and bag conveying in forage mill or other fine material factory.
Remarks:
Industrial vacuum cleaner can be equiped if needed;
Hot sealing machine can be equiped if needed;
Outlet conveyor can be lengthened or designed according toyour requirements;
Motor and controlling box can be explosion-proof aimed at thepackaging of materials which are easy to burn and explod;
The feeding method can be changed refer to granulespackaging;
This machine can offer double feeding,feeding hole can beconnected directly with the storing hopper or be connected with fabric tube; referto horizontal feeding, we can equiped with screw conveyor for feeding.
To viscous materials, vibrating feeding device can be fit onthe suitable space to avoid plugging or sticking.
