It is full automatic with bottle conveyor belt, cap arranging device and cap twisting system and so on, with high production capacity and stable and reliable performance as well. And therefore, it is widely used in the vacuum capping of all kinds of glass jars with iron caps in such industries as seasonings, canned foods, beverages, health products and wines and others.

Main Features of Performance:
The machine mainly consists of bottle conveyor, cap feeder, vacuum pumping system, capping system and electrical control system and so on, with high degree of automation, conpact and rational structure and easy operation;
Machine coating is mainly made of quality stainless steel, fine appearance, easy to be cleaned, and complying with foods hygiene standards;
Screwing capping system is available, with simple structure and reliable performance;
Bottle height and cap diameter is adjustable in process conveniently;
There is a photoelectric protection device for the cap feeding system which can help realize cap feeding starts when no caps and stops when full of caps so as to guarantee stable and reliable performance;
Vacuum pump and air tank are needed to finish vacuum capping.
